Reprompt the Export to Text window inside Crystal reports

Recently my computer was upgraded to windows 7 from XP. My crystal report runs fine but when exporting as a text file there are 2 parameters window prompt. The first one is for the "Number of lines per page for the Header section and the footer section. The other one is to specify number of character per inch for the text file. I get the prompt for the "Input number of line per page" and when I put "0" it does not give me the second prompt for the "number of character per inch for the text layout". If I put "1" in the first parameter then the second prompt does show up. But the problem is when put "1" in the first prompt and export as a text file then it gives extra records and it also put questionmark and square bracket on the FIRST colum only for all the records.
