Hi,
When preview or print layouts created in Crystal Reports in SAP Business One HANA, we are facing the following error:
Fail to open the connection.
In Crystal Reports, when we go to 'Add Ins' in order to preview in SAP we get a impossible to connect to SAP Business One message.
When we preview the layout in inside Crystal Reports, everything works fine.
We are working with:
-Crystal Reports 2013 SP2
-SAP HANA 9.0 PL13.
We tried:
-ODBC 32 bits and 64 bits;
-ODBC driver HDBODBC and B1CRHPROXY for both 32 and 64 bits.
However we when we preview the layout in SAP HANA or in the Add In in Crystal Reports we are facing the connection problem.
Does anyone know how to overcome this issue?
