Printing in SAP with Ctrl+p

Hello,

Using ctrl+shift+p you can print a screen shot in SAP.  This is also known as a hard copy and can be printed by clicking on the Customize Local Layout icon.  Using ctrl+p I can pick the printer I want to print to.  When I print using ctrl+p I get the pop up and have to enter the Output Device.  The advantage for me to print using ctrl+p is that I will get everything in the list I am trying to print.

Having said all that I like the way ctrl+shift+p prints much better than the way ctrl+p prints.  Here comes the issue/question... Sometimes when I use ctrl+p it prints without the pop up, prints the entire list and looks like the ctrl+shift+p/hard copy view.  Basically I want to be able to print with the copy looking like a hard copy but where it prints every page not just the screen.  I know it is possible because it does it sometimes.  However I have no idea why or how this is happening.  Does anyone know why this happens and hopefully how to replicate it?
