Hello experts.
I'm SAP beginner.
Currently, one of user can't print.
We re-installed SAPgui several times but- it doesn't worked.
She can print normally in other applications like Word, Excel.... so on but it can't in SAP print.
Output device type is 'F' and when we tried another Output Device, type 'G', it worked.
But other users who use same printer, Output device can print normally.
I checked her SAPLPD log.
When she send Spool request and Output request, there is no any log in SAPLPD.
So I guess there are someting wrong in the SAPLPD setting.
I saw some error message the 'Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1)' in SP01.
But I don't know the meaning of it.
I know that just use the method 'G' Output device will solve this problem but because all of other users use that 'F' device nomally,
I want to resolve it as method 'F'.
Could you please give me any advice ??
