Cannot printing Crystal Reports with Zebra shared printer

Hi Experts,

I've created a label in Crystal Reports. The label doesn't have a barcode, only text in it.

A Zebra printer can be found on the server as shared printer.

When I try printing the label with a shared printer, it cannot print.

I can see the label in preview, but the actual printing does not contain it.

If I create a PDF with the label and I print that on the shared printet, it works, the label is printed.

Have you ever had a customer facing this problem?
